I compleated all levels with about 10% health twice, and it didn't award me, is there some sort of trick to it?

hey, on the in-game-achivments, if you stay still for ten seconds, you get the broken bow achivment and when you dont shoot for 20 seconds, you get the frozen achivment.

Its a very good game but on boss 5 I beat him just barely with like 1 health left, so I beat the level. Then I buy things :p Then when I start next level I instantly die...Might want to fix that :D Anyway its a great game!
